Hatha Yoga requires a lot of physical strength. Sometimes people also translate this as 'ForcefulYoga'.
Hath Yoga helps you to concentrate on the practice of asanas and pranayama to energize the subtle channels.
Hatha yoga helps you to develop the inner meditation techniques. Secondly it helps you to energize. It helps you to master your breathing patterns.

Vinyasa – Flow yoga

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling.
Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.

Surya Namaskar- Sun salutaion

Surya Namaskar- an ancient and age-old practice of yoga. It is a comprehensive exercise. It helps to improve your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

The namaskar is an obeisance to the Sun God or Surya. It is basically performed early in the morning, at daybreak, or in the evening, when the sun is setting. It is accompanied by a specific breathing pattern.

Power Yoga

Power yoga is a general term used to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. It requires a lot of strength and power to perform. It is a power pack style of yoga but not Gym.

People who do not want to spend much of their time in meditation and chanting mantras prefer this style of yoga. Power yoga does not follow any set or series of poses, so classes can vary widely.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique and has its origin in india. Yoga Nidra identifies sensations throughout your body and helps you focus on your breath.

You listen to a soothing voice or music and remain in a state of relaxed awareness. Yoga Nidra helps you release your deeply held tensions which sometimes you are not aware of.
